  • Once an order is shipped, we are not liable for lost or damaged parcels due to the courier’s handling.

6. Return and Refund Policy

  • We do not accept returns of perishable items such as cold brew coffee.

  • For defective merchandise, customers must notify us within 3 days of receipt to qualify for a replacement or refund.
